Panna Cotta with Mastic Gum


  • 200 mi cream
  • 200 ml milk
  • 100 gr caster sugar
  • 5 gr gelatin powder
  • a little mastic gum

Mix cream, milk and caster sugar in a saucepan and a boil. Dissolve gelatin with a little water. Add gelatin to and cream mixture and whisk quickly. Add mastic gum and whisk. Strain the mixture to a cup or bowl. Pour into moistened bowls. Mix 1 cup of cherry and raspberry and 1/2 cup of caster sugar and wait in the cupboard for 4 to 6 hours.
